Kitchen small and pretty with wall cupboards, small cream dresser, electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, automatic washing machine.
Dining Room dining suite seating 6, antique pine sideboard, high chair
Sitting Room  1three seater leather sofa and leather easy chair, Sky tv/dvd, wooden rocking chair, antique sideboard, antique chest, multifuel stove.
Fuel electric storage heaters inclusive, starter pack of coal and logs (no heating in the eaves but a convector heater can be supplied if required)
Grounds small with paved patio area edged with flowery borders, garden furniture, gas barbecue.
Care with toddlers and small children please.  The gate at the rear of the cottage must be kept closed as there is a stream nearby and also the front area is not enclosed and as it is near to the road (which is a quiet country lane) vigilance is required.
Parking for 2 cars
Sorry, no pets and no smoking indoors please.
