- Bright, light and fresh with nautical themed modern décor, this is a relaxing home for sociable family holidays and gatherings with a sunny terrace with wonderful sea views across a 3 acre hay meadow.
- Please note the grass is allowed to grow long in the meadow until hay-making (beginning/middle July) and it is used for sheep grazing from approximately October to December so there is no access for children or dogs during these months.
Fishguard Bay, Dinas Head
- Cwm yr Eglwys, a tiny tranquil sheltered picturesque cove is a short steep downhill walk away - sandy beach and lots of rock pools - overlooked by the ruins of St Brynach’ s Church.
- Pwll Gwaelod, with its small sandy beach, (views of Fishguard Bay) and the ‘ Sailor’s Safety’ for good food - open 11am - 11 pm is also within walking distance.
- Fantastic cliff walking close by along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and a 10 minute stroll away is the small village of Dinas - garage, small supermarket with bakery, a couple of pubs and a take-away fish and chip shop.
- Newport, a short drive away, has a variety of eating places, craft shops, spectacular links golf course, yacht club, sailing, water sports, fishing, an estuary a favourite with lots of varieties of birds and a fine beach.
- The Preseli Hills inland offer gentle hill walking with stunning seascapes and do visit the mysterious Gwaun Valley with its ancient deciduous woodlands criss-crossed by paths - easy drives away from this holiday house with sea views across Newport Bay.
ACCOMMODATION:
4 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 10. Family bedroom on the ground floor with 2 singles and set of bunk beds. 1 double ensuite with walk-in shower and toilet, 1 small double and 1 twin on the 1st floor, all with fantastic sea views. Cot and high chair provided.

Bathroom on ground floor (next to family bedroom) with bath, toilet, washbasin and walk-in shower.
Bathroom on 1st floor with corner bath toilet and washbasin (low sloping ceiling)
Sitting/Dining/Kitchen a spacious, light, bright and airy room with wonderful sea views, door to terrace, 2 large rattan and 1 x 3 seater sofas, tv/video, cd/radio, electric coal effect stove, large dining table seating 10, fitted kitchen with split level electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and central ‘butcher’s’ trolley.

Utility Room with microwave, automatic washing machine, tumble drier, sink and book rack.

Grounds garden with terrace and steps down to 3 acre paddock (care with small children please – drop of ¾ m from terrace down to paddock). Please note re access to the paddock - grass is allowed to grow long in here until hay-making (beginning/middle of July) and sheep are grazed in here from approximately October to December. Garden furniture.
