Stunning coastal views - a location to be relished.

Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and wonderful views of the bay below with its two tiny islets - Ynys Gwylan Fawr (island of the large seagull) and rolling farmland.

The small village of Aberdaron is minutes away - white washed cottages, pubs, cafes and shops. Visit the ancient church on the headland and enjoy the lovely sandy beach. Nearby for good food is Pen Bryn Bach Restaurant (booking advisable).

Escape the stresses and strains of modern living and enjoy a relaxing holiday in this beautifully restored cottage (on several levels) with a Mediterranean ambience.

The warm cosy sitting room has a large inglenook fireplace, there are magnificent views from the small conservatory and off the main sitting room is a beautiful bedroom - all the bedrooms are stunning and stylishly furnished with superb views of the bay and tiny islands.

Several small coves, (the most well known is Whistling Sands and the sands really do whistle children will be pleased to know) are within a short drive of this solitary holiday cottage to let set high above Aberdaron.

3 bedrooms sleeping maximum of 6, plus cot. Master with King size bed, 1 double, 1 twin, colour t.v. video.

Bathroom near master bedroom with bath, toilet, washbasin.
Shower Room near twin and double bedrooms with walk in shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. All on ground floor
Kitchen country style fitted units with gas cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, fridge/freezer in cupboard opposite bathroom Large pine table under window with window seat and chairs seating 6. Highchair. Automatic washing machine and tumble drier in green barn at side of house.
Sitting Room inglenook fireplace, large couch with tapestry cushions,
2 wing chairs, t.v. video, c.d./cassette player. French doors leading into Conservatory with antique bench, tapestry cushions, wicker chair, table.
Fuel night storage heaters, fan heaters in bathroom inclusive. Starter pack of coal and logs supplied October - April.
Grounds medium size garden, not enclosed (please note toddlers must be supervised) on several levels with steps, patio, lawns, mature borders, garden furniture, barbecue - breathtaking views.
