Barn Conversion with views of River Conwy
An outstanding barn conversion in a spectacular setting overlooking the Conwy Estuary, A paradise for ornithologists and lovers of all types of birds and wildlife with stunningly beautiful, dramatic views over wooded hillsides to magnificent Snowdonia beyond. The open plan luxury kitchen and sitting area have been sympathetically restored with high ceilings, restored 16th century style oak beams, oak floor, woodburning stove, leather couches and French doors leading out to a spacious patio. On display are examples of the fine hand thrown pottery, created by the owners, who are well known for their unique ‘ Conwy Pottery’ . The barn adjoins, but is completely separate from Aberconwy Artists Cottage, Ref. 1010
North Wales Coastline and Snowdonia
Conwy, with its mighty medieval Castle, Elizabethan merchant’ s house, romantic harbour and quaint streets is a short drive away and for golf enthusiasts there are almost 100 golf courses within an hour's drive. Llandudno, North Wales main seaside town which still has a Victorian charm and Betws y Coed (another Victorian mecca ) at the foot of Snowdon, a haven for craft shoppers, walkers, climbers and mountain bikers, are within an easy drive. Bodnant Gardens ( N.T. - one of the finest gardens in the United Kingdom ) is within walking distance of this holiday cottage with views of River Conwy.

2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 plus cot. Twin on ground floor with private shower room (shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin) Double on first floor with en-suite bathroom (bath with hand held shower over, toilet and washbasin.)
Bedlinen provided.
Lounge/Dining/Kitchen woodburning stove, leather sofas, tv/video.French doors to patio, dining suite to seat 4.
Kitchen luxury fitted kitchen, split level electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Fridge/freezer in understairs cupboard, washing machine and tumble dryer in hall cupboard.
Grounds terraced gardens and large patio area with garden furniture. Lovely views of river valley and mountains beyond to the west.
Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September, £30 per week outside these dates. Starter basket of logs for woodburner.
