- Set near an imposing 18th century farmhouse on a carefully tended large working stock farm, a gentle stroll from the cottage leads to Llangian, one of the prettiest award winning villages on the Peninsula.
- Porth Neigwl (Hell's Mouth) a large, beautiful bay, nearly always uncrowded even in the height of summer, is a short walk away, the tip of the Peninsula and the small, secluded beach of Porth Ysgo (N.T.) or Llanbedrog Sands, a fine National Trust beach which is home also to a very good art gallery - light lunches and teas are served in the beach side conservatory café.
- Abersoch, well known for its excellent sailing and surfing facilities, 18 hole golf course and wide variety of good restaurants is close by.
- Bwlch Tocyn nearby is a hotel with superb food and service - well worth a visit.

1 twin with Velox windows – views over open farmland to Hell’s Mouth. All on 1st floor.

Bathroom on ground floor. Air bath (similar to Jacuzzi) toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle.
