Nefyn cottage with breathtaking views.
Within walking distance of the sweeping bay of Nefyn, the cottage has breathtaking panoramic views of Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn. The cottage is on several levels with two separate staircases, one at either end of the cottage. One staircase leads up to a double bedroom with dressing area (perfect for a baby’s cot) and its own bathroom - and another flight leads up to a double and twin bedroom with a shared bathroom. On the ground floor is a children’s room with bunk beds. There are 2 sitting rooms, one for reading and relaxing and a larger tv lounge. At the rear of the property is a small grotto like area with stream crossed by a tiny bridge, lush vegetation, tranquil and perfect for catching the early morning sun and enjoying a coffee.

The Lleyn Peninsula has been deservedly designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, walking along the coastal path is the best way to appreciate the unique character of the Peninsula and its wildlife. Nefyn Beach is within walking distance and Mofa Nefyn is only 1.5 m away and there are many Lovely beaches and peaceful little coves to discover. Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn both have excellent shops and good restaurants and for special occasions Plas Bodegroes is nearby. Lots to enjoy on a holiday in this Nefyn cottage with breathtaking views.

4 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 8. 1 double on 1st floor with dressing area reached via its own staircase. 1 double and 1 twin on 1st floor reached by 2nd staircase. Bunk bedroom (3’ beds) on ground floor.

Bathroom on 1st floor with full suite.
Shower Room on ground floor with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen/dining area fully fitted country style with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer. Table and chairs seating 8, inglenook with woodburning stove.
Rear Porch with washing machine storage space for shoes, coats etc.
Reading Room Victorian fireplace (not in use) 3 piece suite, good selection of books.
Sitting Room ‘L’ shaped sofa seating 6, easy chair, flat screen wall mounted tv with Sky, radio/cd, stable door into sun porch with bench, door leading out to patio.
Fuel storage heaters, electric radiators in bedrooms, fuel for wood burning stove all inclusive.
Grounds medium sized garden, terrace with picnic benches and chairs, access to field below terrace. Care with small children please, stream in small courtyard at rear of property.
