    Integral kitchen/diner/lounge a spacious open plan, luxury, fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, automatic washer/drier. Table and chairs to seat 4.
    Lounge area beautifully appointed with two comfortable couches, tv, patio doors out to small balcony. Views towards rolling hills.
    Lower ground floor ‘Retreat’ has patio doors to garden level and writing desk and chair for those wishing to escape.
    Fuel gas central heating inclusive throughout the year.
    Grounds large, enclosed garden with terraces, patio and lawn, garden furniture.
    Parking for 2 cars.
