Black Rock Sands, where you can drive onto the 2 mile beach, is ideal for families with small children and the infirm.

The small coves at Borth y Gest are only a short drive away.

2 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4, plus cot. 1 double and 1 twin.
Bedlinen provided.
Bathroom with full suite with shower over bath
Kitchen country style with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine. Table and chairs to seat 4. Highchair.
Conservatory off kitchen with cane furniture.
Lounge a cosy room with stone fireplace, electric fire, three piece suite, tv, dining suite. Long low window with window seat.
Grounds enclosed, with lovely garden, lawns and walk down to river, care with small children.
Fishing available. Garden furniture, barbecue.
Parking for 2 cars.
Fuel gas central heating £20 per week Oct to May, outside these dates £20 per week payable to owner if required.
2 Dogs welcome FREE - take care, sheep in area.
