Delightfully renovated barn designed by eminent local architects - high ceilings with low beams, small pine windows with French doors in the lounge opening onto patio with panoramic views across the Welsh Mountains Swallows have always nested here and a nesting area has been preserved at the gable end. Consideration for the infirm has been made with wide doors, accessible lighting and a special shower unit - a mysterious 'Tom Jones' roof to the extension will intrigue!

The "Inn of the Sixth Happiness" was filmed hereabouts and there are magical views of rock strewn fields, wooded hillsides and the gentle mountains that encircle this lovely cottage. Beddgelert, Snowdonias loveliest mountain village is 2 miles away and the beautiful Aberglaslyn Pass and the Nant Gwynant Valley are close by. Wooded vales, rocky slopes, mountain lakes and miles of footpaths in a natural wonderland - perfect for walkers. For beach lovers Porthmadogs' famous Black Rock Sands and Borth y Gests' tiny sandy coves are only 6 miles away. Don't miss the steam train from Porthmadog up to the summit of Snowdon from Llanberis. 2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 plus cot on request. 1 double (King size), 1 twin, both on ground floor.
Bedlinen provided.
Shower room with toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen light, airy, with high ceilings and beams. Fully fitted country style, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, automatic washing machine. Table and chairs seating 4. Freezer space available in owners freezer in main house, just across farmstead.
Lounge small and cosy, three piece suite, tv/dvd pretty pictures, dried flowers, French doors opening out onto patio with panoramic views. Cot and highchair on request.
Grounds patio area with garden furniture and country garden.
Ample parking.
Fuel oil central heating all inclusive May to September, outside these dates £15 per week.
