This substantial coastal period farmhouse overlooks the golden sands of Whitesands Bay out to Ramsey Island and the Atlantic beyond - one of the most memorable views in Pembrokeshire.

An enviable location for holidays throughout the year, this warm, comfortable farmhouse provides an idyllic base from which to sample the delights of the beautiful St Davids Peninsula.

300 yard walk down a winding lane takes you to the Blue Flag beach of Whitesands below which is manned by life guards during the summer months.

Enjoy a walk on the nearby Coastal Path with its rich and varied wildlife and carpets of wild flowers or a round of golf at the golf course on the other side of the valley.

St Davids, the smallest city in the United Kingdom is only a short drive away - do visit the famous 'hidden' Cathedral.

Ty Gwyn is a house with history - according to local legend St David the Patron Saint of Wales, was educated here in the 6th century - the owners have carefully compiled a detailed guidebook on the property and the surrounding area for their guests.

Take a relaxed and comfortable boat trip around the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast on 'Magic', the owner's vessel.

ACCOMMODATION:

6 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 9, plus cot.
First floor: 1 twin with bath and shower, wash basin and toilet.
1 double, 3 single rooms all with wash basins and rural/sea views.
Ground floor: 1 double with wash basin, sea views and direct access to the garden.
Bedlinen provided. Stairgates.
Bathroom and separate toilet on first floor.
Shower and separate toilet on ground floor.
Kitchen electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.
Dining Room Rayburn, large table and chairs, pine dresser, tv.
Highchair.
Laundry Room automatic washing machine and tumble drier.
Lounge with open fireplace, very comfortable seating, tv/video. Payphone.
Grounds lawned enclosed garden, barbecue, garden furniture. Lockable bike shed.
Ample parking.
Fuel oil fired Rayburn for cooking and hot water free throughout the year. Full central heating included May – Sept. Outside these dates £35 per week. Coal and logs available locally.
