Set in more than an acre of garden and paddock, ideal for children and pets, with panoramic views across Cardigan Bay towards Snowdon.

Abersoch and Lleyn Peninsula

Famous for its watersports, beach and 18 hole golf course, Abersoch is surrounded by miles of lanes for cycling and many pleasant walks.

There are many good restaurants locally, including the Porth Tocyn Hotel, just 1/2 mile away.

The Lleyn Peninsula is an area of outstanding natural beauty with more than 60 miles of coastline and hidden beaches and bays to explore - many now protected by the National Trust. Easily accessible from this Abersoch holiday cottage.

ACCOMMODATION:

5 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 8 plus travel cot. 1 double, 1 single, 1 bunk (full size), all on first floor. 1 single attic bedroom, access via unusual alternating tread ladder stairs. A bedroom on ground floor with 3ft twin beds, TV. and video - a delightful room with sitting area - magnificent views and sliding patio window to terrace, an excellent retreat.
Bedlinen provided.
Two bathrooms one with full suite and shower cubicle on ground floor, one with full suite
and shower over bath on first floor.
Kitchen/Diner fully fitted, limed oak luxury kitchen.
Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.
Ercol dining suite for 8.
Utility Lobby with automatic washing machine and tumble drier.
Sitting Room two sofas and occasional chairs, open fire.
