  • 2 Blue Flag Beaches are within a 150 metres walk of this late Victorian town house in Castle Square, just below the ruins of Criccieth Castle.
  • Newly restored to a very high standard, this spacious and comfortable home sleeps up to 10 people with a lounge and dining room at the front.
  • A rear conservatory overlooks a large garden with wooden benches placed in the shade of mature apple and pear trees.
  • The bedrooms, (2 en-suite) are well equipped and four have lovely views of the Castle and the fifth has views of the garden and towards Snowdonia.
  • With a homely atmosphere, the house is popular with both large and small groups and is ideal for an off-season short break (WSB).

  • Criccieth is a pristine resort with 2 Blue Flag beaches, one either side of the romantic ruined Welsh castle. There are excellent locally owned shops, high quality restaurants and tea rooms all within walking distance. Cadwalader’s ice cream and a nearby fish and chip shop make a delicious quick and easy meal – a great alternative to cooking!
  • The Coastal Path can be joined here and as it meanders inland it reaches Llanystumdwy, the childhood home of Lloyd George, where there is a museum and very special riverside woodland walks to enjoy.
  • Ospreys nest on the Glaslyn River inland from Porthmadog and the RSPB have a ‘hide’ here with the backdrop of Snowdon - a lovely spot and a good starting point from which to explore Snowdonia.

    5 Bedrooms sleeping maximum of 10 plus travel cot. 2 doubles en-suite (each with double shower, toilet and washbasin) and 1 twin on 1st floor, 1 twin (each with tv) and 1 double on 2nd floor. Take care please, steep stairs to 2nd floor.
     Bedlinen provided.
     Bathroom on 1st floor with bath, toilet, wash basin, shower cubicle.
     Kitchen fully fitted luxury kitchen with double oven cooker, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, fridge/freezer, radio, table and chairs seating 4.High chair.
     Conservatory 6 easy chairs, Freeview tv, radio/cassette, bookcase with collection of books.
     Utility Room with washing machine and tumble drier, sink.
     Cloakroom on ground floor with toilet and washbasin.
     Dining Room oak dining table and leather/oak chairs seating 10, oak floor, stone fireplace with gas fire, Freeview tv.
     Lounge 2 x 3 seater leather sofas, leather easy chair, 2 leather beanbags, oak floor, stone fireplace with gas fire, Freeview lcd tv, dab micro-hifi, collection of dvds and cds.
     Fuel gas central heating inclusive May – September, £30 per week outside these dates.
     Grounds large fully enclosed garden with lawns, apple and pear trees, shrubs, flower beds and garden furniture. Care with toddlers please, some uneven steps.
     Ample Parking at rear of property.
