This charming, comfortable bungalow looks out onto gently undulating hillsides, well tended fields, beautiful woodlands and solid neat farmhouses Set in the pretty little hamlet of Lledrod the bungalow is simply and stylishly furnished in muted colours with a spacious lounge and smart bedrooms. The kitchen/dining room has doors to the garden and patio – ideal for relaxing and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere.
Things to see and do nearby for all the family
Pentre Bach (‘Little Village’ – where the children’s tv programme is filmed) with café and play area is a short drive away. Permits for local fishing can be obtained from the owners of Bryn Gwyn and there are designated routes for cyclists to enjoy. Discover Cardigan Bay's spectacular coastal scenery along the Heritage Coastal Path - secluded sandy coves, (many owned by the National Trust) gorse covered headlands, sea and wildlife. The cosmopolitan resort of Aberystwyth, with its sweeping promenade and safe bathing, is home to the Welsh National Library, Gallery and Art Centre which shows films and theatre productions. Inland from Aberystwyth the Rheidol Valley Railway goes through stunning scenery to the spectacular waterfall and gorge at Devil’s Bridge’s and feeding time at the Red Kite Centre in Tregaron is a sight not to be missed. Further down the coast is Aberaeron one of Wales’s prettiest seaside towns with its elegant candy coloured Georgian houses, busy boat filled harbour, pubs, restaurants and shops – the honey ice cream from the ‘Hive on the Quay’ is delicious!

Lounge 1 x 3 seater and 1 x 2 seater cream leather sofas, 1 easy chair, tv/dvd, radio, lovely views of hillsides, fields and woodlands.
Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September £15 per week outside these dates.
