An opulent house in a fantastic location with an ‘infinity edge’ heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi hot tub overlooking the gently sloping golden sands and clear azure seas of Freshwater East Beach. There is direct access to the beach from the garden and a public slipway adjacent from where you can launch your own boat. Stunning panoramic sea views from the 40’ lounge and separate dining/kitchen, natural stone floors with underfloor heating, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms – including a master en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath and dressing room. Freshwater East Beach (or Fresh East to the locals) is so named because of the freshwater stream running into the sea and its large sweep of fresh sand and safe bathing makes it a great favourite with families. Backed by dunes and grassy headlands, all sheltered by red sandstone cliffs, the beach was once the favourite haunt of smugglers but is now popular for swimming, surfing, windsurfing, canoeing/kayaking, sailing, fishing and for simply just relaxing on, building sand castles, fossil hunting or flying kites. Behind the beach and a 5 minute walk away is a holiday park with an excellent café and bar - The Long House (summer months only) and the Freshwater Inn (bar food) is a 0.5m mile up-hill walk away in the village.
What to do and see in South Pembrokeshire
The Coastal Path along this stretch of coast is a joy to revel in – go east to remote Swanlake Bay and Manorbier or west to Stackpole Quay with its wonderful café and perhaps two of the best beaches in Pembrokeshire – exotic Barafundle and Broad Haven South. Within an easy drive is the village of Lamphey with its Bishop’s Palace ruins and Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa with an indoor swimming pool, a range of beauty treatments to try and a restaurant and bar to enjoy. If you tire of the swimming pool, hot tub and beach then do visit nearby Pembroke, a quaint town with a magnificent medieval castle and picturesque Tenby - a great favourite with its tiny alleyways, ancient walls, individual shops and glorious beaches. Carew and Manorbier Castles, activity leisure parks including Folly Farm, Oakwood, Heatherton and Dinosaur Park as well as the Stackpole Estate (N.T.) with its world renowned Bosherston Lily Ponds are all within an easy drive of this house on Freshwater East Beach.

ACCOMMODATION:
5 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 10 plus cot. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv and hairdryer.

4 Bedrooms with white marble flooring, – 2 doubles with super king sized beds, en-suite bathrooms with separate shower cubicles and dressing rooms with safes, 2 twins each with their own bathroom across the corridor. (1 twin has patio doors to terrace and 7 steps up to patio, lawn, swimming pool and hot tub)
Ground floor:
Master bedroom with super king size ‘sleigh’ bed, dressing room with safe and en-suite bathroom (Jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. Patio doors onto terrace, lawn, swimming pool and hot tub and door to side terrace. Flat screen tv, cd/radio.
Bedlinen, Bath & Beach Towels provided.
Lounge 2 large leather corner sofas & additional occasional leather seating, full length patio window with stunning panoramic beach views opening onto part covered railed decking with 8 steps down to garden. Telescope, flat screen LCD/HD 46”tv with full Sky package and music sound system for indoor and outdoor use.
